Who we are
ZettaHub is a school management platform made by ZettaTech. You can reach us at hello@zettahub.app.
Schools decide, we run the service
Each school that uses ZettaHub decides what information about its students, families and staff it keeps and why. The school is responsible for that information. ZettaTech runs the service on the school's behalf and uses the information only to provide it. If you have a question about what your school holds about you or your child, ask the school first; we will help it answer.
Signing in with Google
When you choose "Sign in with Google", Google tells ZettaHub your name, your email address and an identifier for your Google account. We use them only to find your account at your school and sign you in. We do not ask for access to your Gmail, Drive, calendar, contacts or any other Google data.
ZettaHub's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except as described here.
What the service holds
Depending on what a school uses, ZettaHub may hold: names and contact details of students, family members and staff; class, admission and attendance records; bills, payments and receipts; transport details; agreements and documents the school uploads; and records of who did what in the system, which schools need for their accounts and audits.

Information travels between your device and ZettaHub encrypted. Inside a school, each person sees only what their role and campus allow.
How long we keep it
We keep a school's information for as long as the school uses ZettaHub, or as long as the law requires for financial and tax records. Database backups are kept for 90 days and then deleted. When a school leaves, we return its data to it and delete our copy, apart from backups that expire on their own schedule.
Children
Students' information is entered and managed by their school. Students who sign in see only their own information and what the school chooses to share with them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete information about you. Because your school decides what it keeps, send the request to your school; if you write to us, we will pass it on and help the school answer.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell the schools that use ZettaHub.
